Having yo yo dieted and exercised on and off over the past ten years only to find myself four stone heavier than I was when I started, I realised it was time to make some dramatic life changes. Not only was I unfit and seriously overweight, having met Jamie, I also discovered that I had dangerously high blood pressure. The knowledge that my health was seriously at risk, as well as my happiness, I knew that I had to take my new weight loss and exercise regime seriously.

Jamie provided me with a structured diet and exercise plan and within weeks, I was losing weight and gaining muscle tone quickly. While I realised that it wouldn't be possible (and I didn't want to) to completely change my lifestyle, Jamie helped me to focus and moderate.

I found that I really enjoyed the exercise and have since incorporated training into my daily routine - running, resistance training and swimming regularly and my fitness levels improved quickly. Over the 12 week period that I trained with Jamie, I lost 10kg / 22lbs and my blood pressure has stabilised. I still have some way to go but the foundation Jamie provided me with has kept me focused and determined to reach my fitness and weight loss goals.

Jamie is a great trainer - he works you hard but also knows how to inject fun into sessions. I've recommended Jamie to friends and will continue to do so.

I gave up smoking after 20 years and managed to put on 3 stone. After a couple of people at work commented that they thought I was pregnant I decided to do something about it.

Ive lost 14 pounds in the first 8 weeks, and am still losing weight plus inches all over. Im continuing the weight loss program until I go away in May.

Ive always been overweight and relativlely lazy most of my adult life, and have always done the classic yo yo diet. I was told to lose weight due to health reasons, and finally took up exercise after my husband persuaded me to give it a chance.

Ive just completed the first 6 weeks and have lost 4 inches off my waist and 2 stone so far!

After having two children within two years my weight had gone up to at least thirteen and a half stone, and was frustrated with the way I felt and looked. I'd always been very active from a very young age, appearing as a dancer on childrens t.v and through my twenties as a regular gym user whilst working for Virgin as an air hostess.

I met Jamie through my husband Mark who soon identified what it was I needed to do to lose the weight. We started off with gentle hill walking which soon developed into running once my fitness levels had improved. At first I was a bit frustrated but knew I had to be patient and after six weeks I'd noticed a significant change in my shape.

When I first met Jamie I had just suffered a bout of food poisoning and hadn't managed to eat for a few days, but still weighed in at a shocking 18 stone! I knew that my weight was a big concern for the benefits of my future health and thought my lifestyle was in need of some drastic change.

Together with Jamie we sat down and worked out how I was going to lose 6 stone through exercise and diet. I suppose being a maintenance man at an independent school I was lucky to have access to a fully equipped gym and school dinners.

I decided I was going to see Jamie every Monday afternoon once a week, where he would put me through a workout, which I was to follow for the coming week. He also set me a target weight loss for the next training session.

I noticed each week the weight was literally flying off and before long people began to comment about my new physique and how much my confidence had increased, especially around the opposite sex!

After five months my weight had gone down to a staggering 12 stone and I even set myself a new challenge to climb Kilimanjaro, which six months previously I never even dreamed of doing.

I started training with Jamie as my lifestyle was wrong and I needed a helping hand getting it right in a way that I could sustain.

Starting with an eating plan and a programme of personal training sessions the weight started to come off. I've lost 2 stone in 4 months and am happy that I won't ever go back to where I started.

The rules were simple and maintainable and something that I now do without even thinking.

I get the right balance of encouragement with a suitable mix of running, rowing, weights, skipping and sprint work that always goes that several steps past what you would ever consider if you were exercising by yourself. The range of exercise tones all the muscle groups evenly for a comprehensive workout.

Of course, I would recommend Jamie to anyone interested in personal training.

I started training with Jamie after I'd moved to the country and had been working from home for a year as a Hedge Fund manager.

My main goal was tone up, lose some excess fat, and to generally get me feeling a lot more energetic than I had been previously, from being stuck behind a load of computer screens! I trained with Jamie twice a week with a mixture of cardio and weights, and was also told by Jamie to cut out big meals in the evening, which I found helped me sleep a lot better and lose some excess weight.

After eight weeks I'd lost 5kgs and my fitness levels had increased to the point of being able to do constant seven minute miles.

I started training with Jamie Flynn during September 2008. I committed to three months of intensive training. My aim was to get back into the exercise habit and lose the weight that I had gained after having three children and going to too many coffee mornings.

Jamie gave great nutritional advice and motivational support for three months. Over the period I trained with him, I lost two stone, regained my self esteem and definitely got the exercise bug. I now attend a local gym but continue to follow his nutritional advice and aim to lose another two stone through my own will power and determination, that Jamie kick started for me.

Aproaching my 50th birthday party I knew I had to look my best in my new dress, and as toned up as possible. I hired a personal trainer and hoped that in a short space of time everyone would see a glamorous young looking 50 year old woman, and not an old lady with wobbly bits hanging over the sides of her dress, looking tired and haggard!

I'd previously had a personal trainer a couple of years ago, but found the whole experience a bit of a disappointment, as I don't think I'd been pushed as hard as I should of done. Thats when I met Jamie who knew exactly how hard he could push me within a sensible limit. He also worked out an eating plan for me and constantly took measurements to see if we were on the right track.

I found it quite tough to start with but after a short space of time my fitness levels had increased and I happily took the sessions in my stride. I also had to have different fittings for my dress at certain stages of out training, with the dressmaker relaying messages back to Jamie about certain areas that needed sculpting.
